Licensing, in Plain English

  • Social & press — post the images anywhere online: your socials, website, Spotify/Bandcamp profiles, and share them with blogs or press covering the show.
  • Promo — everything above, plus posters, flyers, and announcements promoting your future shows.
  • EPK — everything above, plus your electronic press kit and submissions to bookers, venues, and labels.
  • Extended commercial (add-on) — uses that make money off the image: merch, album or single artwork, and paid advertising.

All licenses are non-exclusive and cover the band and its members. I retain copyright and may share the images in my own portfolio. Photographer credit is required on all uses. This is a plain-English summary — full terms come with your booking agreement.
